Trailhead Challenge > Process Automation > Customize How Records Get Approved With Approvals

Hi. I'm getting a different error. 

 

       There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.DmlException: Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: ALREADY_IN_PROCESS, This record is currently in an approval process. A record can be in only one approval process at a time. 

 

Trailhead Challenge > Process Automation > Customize How Records Get Approved With ApprovalsApproval Steps Screen ShotI started this challenge over in a new Playground to avoid any conflicts. Both the Approval Process "Approve New Account" and the Process Builder are active. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

    Hii Jacqueline McKnelly

     

    Please Make sure that you are selecting the correct playground for checking the challenge and if you are selecting the correct one then make sure you did not make any other Approval process and both are active on the same record.
