    If you're in Salesforce Classic you go to: Setup |  Contacts | Fields | Click Home Phone name. From here you will see the two buttons for Field Level Security and Field Accessibility.

     

    If your in Salesforce Lightning you go to: Setup | Objects and Fields | Object Manager | Click Contact | Click Fields & Relationships | Click Home Phone. From here you will see the two buttons for Field Level Security and Field Accessibility.
