I am trying to remove the Bccs from emails sent through Service Cloud.
I do not have access to ‘Would you like to automatically BCC emails to your return address’ under my Users Settings and ‘Compliance BCC Email’ is not enabled in either Setup or Service Setup.

Hi Emma,
Please try and check the 'Salesforce' checkbox (where currently Gmail is chosen)/ I guess that should bring up more options.
