It's my first post in the Community, i hope i am in the right place :)
So, my problem regards the Pardot Resubscribe Option for prospects.
1.I passed in HML format
2. I activated the option in the parameters
3. I selected the template with the resubscribe link
4. So, today when a prospect fulls up a form and that is opted out, there is a little message that appears below the email field of the form (that said in brief : You are unsubscribed, click on "Contact us" to resubscribe)
5. When the prospect clicked on contact us, there is an other message to say "ok we send you an email with a link to resubscribe to accept to receive our mails"
6. ====> my problem ! The email is never sent by Pardot to the famous prospect who full up the form !!!
I don't understand why...
Is there anybody who has ever encountered this problem ?
