On desktop, we have just one page layout that uses the 'Possible duplicates' component on the Lead object
On mobile, we add the 'Find duplicates' Mobile Action and it doesn't show up for anyone including Adminstrators.
Checking the Lead, Account permissions we have access to read and write / view all.
Why would this not be showing up in our app? Has anyone else experienced this?

I couldn't find any relevant documentation on salesforce1 and the only link i found valid is:-
https://automationchampion.com/tag/identify-and-merge-duplicate-leads-in-lightning-experience/ where they have mentioned that the component is for lightning experience, no mention of Mobile. How about you raise this concern to salesforce support to get an idea of the workaround.
