What drives the Field Service Request number that is assigned? I know the prefix is the year and month but how about the suffix?

    Hi Colleen,

     

    I can't seem to find the field on my end. Is this a standard field in Field Service Lightning? I suspect that this is an auto-number field which is incremented whenever a record is created.
