Hi, I have one manager wanting to track chatter posts he is waiting on a reply to i.e. he post a question to a chatter forum and would like a report to see whcih one is still not responded to i.e. I guess where his is the last post.

 

Any ideas how I could do this or if its "do-able" ?

    Hi Mark,

     

    Just a thought..

     

    Create a custom report type. For the Primary object select Users. For the Child object, select Chatter Activity.  Use this report type to create a new report, including the fields Post Count and Comment Count.Summarize this fields, grouping by User.  Also add a custom summary field to total Post Count+Comment Count.

     

    Additionally you can filter out the results,based on comment count and User with which you want to see the results.

     

    Please try it out & select as best answer if it works out.
