Case Merge Solution (Managed) Insufficient Privileges for Profile it has been assigned to

I have created a new profile, one of the users previously used the managed package solution to merge duplicate cases. On the new profile I have gone into the VisualForce page and assigned the new profile. The new profile also has the necessary read, write, delete to cases. But still the user on the new profile can not merge. The duplicate bit comes up, select records to merge, select master but then get Insufficient Privileges error. So waht permission have I missed on the new profile? Many thanks

    @Ian Dollimore We are also facing this same issue.

    All VF Page permissions are there for this pkg

    All Apex permissions are in place

    Case permissions are in place (CRED view all and modify all) but still same issue in UAT "Insufficient Access"

     

    Note : For same profile, It is working in QA
