In the case details it is populating but in the Case Header Case reason wlll not show any test. I have checked the Compact Layout and Case Reason is the 2nd one on the list - I have checked the Lightning Page Layout and it is there. In the Highlights Panel I have the number 6. All the other items I have listed show populated but Case Reason will not. Can someone advise what is wrong?

Hi Jo-Ann,
Sometimes what happens in the component doesn't get updated. Requires more than just one refresh to reflect the change. Change a value to see if the component is refreshed with new values or not.

Try creating a new compact layout and set it as primary layout.
