how to separate records with parent and without parent when the object is in self relation?

As we know Standard Account object have self-relation by default,Now i have created few records with Parent Account and without Parent Account now i want see only those records holding   Parent Account on a Standard Account table. how to achive it?

    Create Report on Account and Add Parent Account Field in Report. Records where Parent Account is Blank will have no Parent Account associated.
