The overall plan is to automate data entry as much as possible. The process now requires entering the data twice, once in Concur and again in Salesforce as a "Marketing Expense" Object which is a child to the parent Object "Marketing Activities". The invoice must match the appropriate Marketing Activity. I believe that a possible solution may to be to somehow export the data from Concur and Import it into Salesforce with certain criteria that matches it to a specific Marketing Activity. I was just wondering if anyone has encountered this and may have any possible solutions.

Hi Robert,
If you are talking about integrating Salesforce with Concur then it's is achieable and you should be good to talk to your developers or let me know and for later you can import Concur's existing data to Salesforce after mapping the fields.
