If you create a record in Object B how do I automatically create a blank record in Object A?
If you create a record in Object A how do you automatically update fields based on values from a record in Object B?

Are you familiar with Flows? And also, is there any relationship between the two objects?
I would go with 2 Record Triggered Flows - one for Object B, in order to create a an Object A record and another one for Object A in order to update the related Object B record fields based on criteria.
