Hi, we use a field - Lead Soure Detail - to track which campaign opportunities are sourced from. The field is a lookup to all campaigns. We also have opportunities that do not have a campaign in the Lead Source Detail field because the opp was sourced as a referral or something not campaign related, but they do have campaign influence.

I'm looking for a way to report on all opportunities with either a campaign influence value or a Lead Source Detail value (or both). This will give me an accurate count/amount for opportunities with any campaign involvement. I can't seem to figure this out.

I also looked at trying to automatically add an opportunity to the campaign listed in the Lead Source Detail field, but it seems there is just no way to auto add opps to campaigns based on an opp field value.

Thanks!

    Hi Staci,

Since you cannot use reports to specify a filter logic for a cross filter and record value, adding the campaign influence for the Lead Source Detail may be a better option. However, this will only work if you are using Customizable Campaign Influence which will allow you to customize the association of the Campaigns to the Opportunity which may be more complicated to implement but will benefit you in the long run.

For a quick solution, you may use separate reports as a workaround.

    Hope this helps!
