I have an object called "est vs. actuals" that is part of a managed package we recently installed. There is a scheduled job that creates an est vs. actuals record for each Assignment record associated with a contact. Most contacts are assigned to multiply projects, which results in multiply est vs. actuals records per contact per week. The est vs. actuals record that is created grabs the following fields from Assignment records: Scheduled Billable Hours (total hours scheduled to that assignment for the week), Work Calendar Hours (let's say this is always 40). When I create a matrix report and sum the Work Calendar Hours, the sum ends up being 40 multiplied by the number of est vs. actuals created that week for that contact. I tried pulling the Work Calendar Hours value from the contact record instead of the est vs. actuals record, but 40 was the sum for every summary level, including row grand summary.

How can I get the value of Work Calendar Hours * number of weeks in the report? Thanks for any help provided.

    Hi Staci,

Could you post a screenshot of the Report, Report Type, and any Groupings, Settings, etc, that you're currently using and the results you're getting, and create a mock-up of what you would like your Report results to look like?  (for questions related to Reports and Dashboards those are really helpful)
