each company will have their own definition .., but a good idea is to obtain the Salesfroce administrator and app builder certifications

find the certification requirements here on trailhead:https://trailhead.salesforce.com/credentials/administratoroverview

and you can also find traiing trailmixes on tralhead for the exams (link is in the exam description)
