I am onto instruction 18 in the "Create Custom Buttons and Links" section. I have uploaded a document as "Audit Guidelines", have created the button and am now trying to get it to appear in "Related List Properties - Energy Audits". The instructions say to click on the plus icon to expand the button section header. The only problem is there is no Button section header showing. What am I getting wrong here?

You need to click on the buttons and then it will show you ...something like below...
