Data import - Challenge

To complete the data import challenge, i've downloaded the file in csv format, launched my Trailhead playground - setup - data import wizard - launch wizard - chose standard objects - accounts & contacts - add new and update existing records - match contact by name - chose the file - mapped fields ( first name, last name and mobile) - clicked on start import - congrats msg pops up but when i click on check challenge i get an error msg - Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 2

 

All the contact records from the CSV file were not found in the Org. Please help.
