I have two different report that I need to combine to get a metric.

 

Report 1:  This report shows total calls taken (Activities report) by User for the day

 

Report 2: This report shows all service orders created by User for the day

 

We have a requirement that our users should be under 5% service order creation based on the number of phone calls taken.  So I need to divide the sum of each report and divide it to get this percentage.  I have having trouble figuring out how to accomplish this without exporting this information into excel and creating a formula.

 

Ultimately we would like to create a dashboard with a gauge that would show when a user is over the threshold for Calls Taken/Service Orders created.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you post a screenshot of the Report, Settings, and Filters that you're using, the results you're getting, and a mock-up of what you want?  For questions related to Reports and Dashboards those are really helpful
