Am getting this error and my sharing rules seems to be fine as required..Please assist!

It would be in Setup -> Process Builder, find the process called Opportunity Management and open it, then click the big Deactivate button on the top right corner.
Still, this is not the recommended approach - you will just encounter a different issue with something else you've built. I really recommend going with a fresh playground.
