Amit,
This is Master/Lookup relationship field, so you can't do it, but if you want only name of this record then you can create formula field on Order Detail object,
Formula will be : Account.name
You can use your field name instead of 'Account' here.)
And, on page layout, Remove 'Sold To Account Name' relationship field and place formula field here, you can create same label for both fields, it will look like same.
