There seems to be an error in the social studio's Facebook source group function.
I tried to put a URL in the source group and recall it from the dashboard to get Page data, but no data came in. I couldn't check any posts through social studios. I tested various pages, and all of them did not receive data. Also all of these pages are currently actively operated. (like Samsung, Hyundai, Kia, Lancome..)
Is there anyone who is experiencing a similar situation among the users who are currently using social studios? How did you solve this case?
