I want to enable auto-bcc settings for my users. Meaning any email they send from salesforce should come in their gmail out box (including mass email). My guess is Auto-bcc will help. However, different users seem to have different settings:
1. One user has detailed Email Settings
2. Another user has only signature
But nobody, I mean none of the user have ever seen this feature -Any idea what I'm missing?

Hi,
I am not sure if you have already found out why. I've been having problems with this BCC thing for a while, finally I found out that if the users with "Salesforce Inbox" permission set won't be able to see the BCC option.
