How do I change the view of the account page for one of my reps? He is viewing an old account page layout. How do I change it to the new layout we created?

    Hello Scott,

     

    Please see which page layout is assigned to salesreps profile and see if its the correct one. also if you have record types created for accounts then see which is the page layout assigned to that record type
