However the Pre-Chat Background image (320x100 png file) hosted via Salesforce Files with Public Link, and updated in the Live Agent Settings of the Snap-in with its full URL is NOT showing once its live. Its just showing the black space where it "should" be. Any thoughts??

Issue Resolved... !!!
Image was initially stored in Files. Moved to store in SF Content via Classic. Copied this URL instead. All is well with the world.
