Hi Mike,
That's a 3rd Party App (not made by Salesforce) The members of the Success Communities are fellow Users, Admins, Developers, Partners, etc. We're not Salesforce employees or have any access to your SFDC org, or any of the Processes, Apps, Objects, Tabs, Fields, etc that you've built or installed on it. You should probably contact the Admin of your company's SFDC org, or whoever purchased or installed that product, or contact the provider.
