Can't save any code whatsoever

Hi all, I have a major issue. As of this morning, I can't save any code I program in the Developer Console. I tried changing the workspace and everything. I even tried Mavensmate and every request I make just hangs. However, my coworker isn't having any trouble at all in the same org. We're both System Admins. Is it possible that some permission could have been changed for me that's not allowing anything to go through? I can't save, clean, or even create new projects. Thanks in advance!
