I am trying Salesforce Surveys, I am perfectly able to send via process builder a CSAT survey when the case is closed, however, how do I write back the score on a custom field so I can reopen the case if the score is less then a certain number?

It sounds like you could benefit from this Advanced Survey Feature licence

However from experience this licence type is very expensive so you could consider a Process Builder to launch a Flow based in the Survey Invitation being updated to Completed ?
