How can i transfer whatsapp messages by using Omnichannel ?
Is that possible in new release? Is there any setting for that just like Live Agent transfer functionality?
We have implemented Digital Engagement Platform.
We have language based queues. We haven't set the omnichannel as skill based. Does this situation affect our implementation?
I want to give permission to users to transfer whatsapp messages by using Omnichannel functionality.
Any suggestion more than welcomed.
