I just implemented two additional Pardot business units (for 3 total). I should have access all three and our other Marketing Manager should only have access to two of them. I need to restrict his access of seeing any prospects & opportunities under the USA unit. Currently, we can both see everything. I can't figure out how to restrict his access to the USA business unit. I have tried Permissions sets, public groups, profiles. Does anyone have a step by step on this process or can provide any guideance?

Hello Crystal,
Have you enabled Salesforce User Sync, meaning Salesforce is responsible for user management and permissions?
If this is the case under Marketing Setup > Press on Assign Admin and next to each Business Unit you should see a Manage Users button.
This way you can add Marketing or Sales Users to each Business Unit.
