When a contact has a primary email and other emails, BCC ignores when we contact him through one of his other emails (which are stated as e.g. Alternate email 1, a custom email field in the contacts page ) thus the email is not stored in the Activites section. 

 

How we can solve that, and how we can better manage multiple emails in Contacts

    David, Thanks for your answer. 

     

    I'm not sure why this is not an option here, we had this on a simple contact management tool we used to use. We were expecting more from Salesforce. 

    We are not using Outlook, nor we are planning to. As Gmail users, we are expecting a similar function on Google as well, without getting a private app.
