I created a dashboard that I want to share it with users in my org as view only
So I did the following
1) I created the dashboard and report
2) I created a dashboard folder and a report folder and placed the dashboard and report in respective the folder
3) I then shared both folders with a public group as view
Outcome
1) The users can see the folders, the dashboard and the report
2) However they can’t access the dashboard
Gives the following
Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.
If a grant the on the profile
Administrative Permissions
Manage Dashboards in Public Folders
They can view the dashboard. This rules out the possibility that they don’t have access to any underlined components
What am I missing ?

Are you giving access to "All Internal Users" a Viewer access to the folder?
