We have queues for cases, only one queue that get notified when a merging cases happen. If i merge the case, only the owner of the case will get an email notification. But when a user from the same queue merge a case, the entire queue will get an email notified. I checked if we have a workflow related to the queue, but i couldn't find any.

    So the owner of the case is a user, thats how we do it with all of our case queues. But only that order Entry gets email notification. So the owner of the case is a user, thats how we do it with all of our case queues. But only that order Entry gets email notification.
