
Closed Date not visible on Tasks or Incidents
I am trying to find out why the Closed Date is not appearing as a read only field on Tasks or Incidents. I have tried to add it in field views to view it on already closed incidents and tasks but it's still not visible. I looked at the layout of the ticketing system in administration under Edit Page Layout but its listed in the Date and Time Details page as visible/read-only.
I know this is probably something very minor and easy to fix but I can't for the life of me seem to figure it out.

What are the field level security settings of the field? It may have been created (or moved) but not enabled to view for all profiles - including sys admin.
