RSVP option for Campaigns

Hi all, I want to make use of campaigns - specifically email campaigns - to send out information emails to customers and gauge their interest.

We do not have email connected so I'm wondering what the community is doing creatively to allow for some sort of RSVP mechanism via emails they send out through campaigns.
