New Custom Object Doesnt Show in Account Related List

Question

I recently created a new custom object SERVICE and have that object included on the ACCOUNT page layout

1. deployment status is deployed

2. ACCOUNT page layout has the object shown as a related list

3. check permission set to be sure it gives read, write, edit to assigned users, including access to new record types

what could I be missing?
