I have been reading up on using Files and sharing with communities and I know that if an internal user wants to upload a file to a record that a partner portal user  should also be able to see they either post the file on chatter with the 'All with Access' setting or they can upload the file to the record the click the 'Customer Access' toggle. My understanding is the Customer Access toggle will also make the file visible in the customer community if the customer has access to the specific record. Im not sure if the same behaviour applies with the chatter upload but my assumption is that it does

Is there another way to attach files to a record that can be seen by internal users and partner users but not customer community users?
