We need to identify who is using the Clone button to create new Cases.  This is creating data integrity issues as the users think the Contact they have on a closed case will be tied to the same Account that's needed on a new Case. We have Contacts that may be associated with several Accounts and we're seeing a rash of mis-assigned Accounts on new Cases that require correction.  We need to identify who is doing this so they can go through best practices training on creating new Cases, (which is lookup the Account, then the Contact associated with the Account, and create the new Case using the Cases related list "New" button, which populates the Account annd Contact fields automatically).
