One of my user is getting an Insufficient Privileges error whenever he clicks on "Reset My Security Token". We have reset his password two times,
still he is getting the same error.
Can anybody please help.

Each time you reset a password the token is reset. It can take a few minutes to be emailed. Maybe this is causing the error. It sounds like he see the link to click reset so I don't imagine it's an IP range.
