Tabs are not following community branding?

Question

We have set the colors in Community management for all of our elements, but our Tabs are not following those properties. Instead, there appears to be a white text box on top of the colored tab. Has anyone seen this before, or know how I can fix it?

Hi Emily,   It seems very istrange to me :(   Are you using custom css in header?Can you pkease test this once by removing it?   Cn you pls try in some other browsers?

Thanks Vinay! It turns out the custom HTML header and footer are causing the issue. I will have our developer partner look into it.
