Hi,

 

When I click Create and Send Service Report from Field Service Lightning, I get an error:  "Email isn’t set up yet. Ask your admin for help."

 

I went to:  Setup > Global Actions > Publisher Layouts  and tried adding the 'Email' field into the Mobile & Lightning Quick Actions, but it will not allow me to drag and drop it.

 

What am I doing wrong?
