I am not sure how I can measure actual against their target then make it also show what percentage they have acheived and their gap for how far off they are. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone!

Thanks Saurabh, I do not have the targets defined. I know that the target is 40 (these are activities I am trying to capture) Where would I define the targets and how would I do it using a formula formula field? So PG hours, Vito letters, customer meetings, partner meetings and Enablement badges are all the names of activities. The sales reps need to do 40 of these per qtr. If you could go into a bit more detail so I can follow along that would be great! Thanks in advance
