Lead Address field "within" filter unavailable in Lightning?

Our sales people create filter lists for Leads based on the Address field being "within" so many miles of other zip codes. This was possible in Classic but does not appear to be possible in Lightning. Is there any workaround or fix possible?

It looks like this is not yet available in Lightning, but I can't seem to find any documentation for this. You may want to confirm the behavior from the experts of the Lightning group below and perhaps some advice or workaround:
