Question about segmentation when creating a new account.

In the past when I went to add a new account profile,on the first page under segmentation, the market segment, industry code and lead source all had a drop down field that displayed all the options. A couple weeks ago I noticed that is no longer an option and I have to manually type everything is. I have not committed those to memory so I don't know what to put there. I am unable to proceed without entering the information.

 

Does anyone know why this change was made and is there any way around it?

    Hi Zach,

     

    It seemed that those fields were changed from picklist field to text field. Try to check the Audit Trail if there are any changes in the page layout and if there are nay new custom fields created to replace those fields.
