how to add a new object (in this case 'Files') to all salesforce user in my org at once

As an Admin (new) I thought when I've added this object, it would be visible for all users in my org, but it's only installed in my workspace of Salesforce.

I could add this object manually by editing each user, but this would cost me quiet some time, and I'm sure there is a faster and more automated way in Salesforce
