App freezing up a lot on users

A lot of our users are having problems with the app freezing, or being extremley slow to load. Is this a common problem? Any workarounds?

 

It does not seem to be related to any particular device or platform.

    Sorry, Salesforce! app. They are doing a variety of things, from just opening the app to accessing records
