A user at my company subcribes to a daily dashboard. It opens and displays fine in the email on his laptop but shows only text and links when opened on mobile. Has anyone run into this before and have any tips on resolving this or is it a known limitiation? I'm wondering if it's something in his phone settings but would love any thoughts
There is no limitation from salesforce here. It depends on his mobile email client and the mobile browser. Does his email client app display html images?
