Hi there,

 

I'm an SF console end- user.

 

I would like to configure a notification bell to appear in my Console app as it does in my Internal App.

 

Is this possible?

    Hi Paul,

     

    You would probably have to contact your System Admin to make a customizeation like that, as an end user you would not have the permissions.
