Hi,

 

I am strugglig on the simpliest workflow rule which queues to work but doesn't send an email.

 

I want to run a workflow rule that fires when a lead is 30 days past its creation date and still at a certain status and emails the lead owner

 

I have so far set the rule criteria to Lead Status = Open

 

Evaluation criteria to =  Evaluate the rule when a record is created, and any time it’s edited to subsequently meet criteria

 

I have then set an immediate workfow action of an email alert to the lead owner

 

Also a time based trigger for 30 days past the creation date of the lead (I am testing this using just 1 day after creation)

 

My email alert uses an email notification template to send to the lead owner.

 

I am not sure where I am going wrong.....the alert is queued but no email is sent when I test creating a lead

    The email address is fine.

     

    I am trying to senan HTML email alert, would this affect it?

     

    Would sending a task be better..?

     

    The queue shows somethign is queued but nothing sends when the time comes
