We would like our users to include a reason for the Log a Call.

 

Such as, was it a follow up call or a cold call or an account management call etc...

 

We are using Saleforce Lightening.

 

Hoping this is possible.

    However I cannot get this working.

     

    Essentially all I would like to do is simply include a picklist so users can select what type of call they are logging as shown in the mock up screen below.
