I am attempting to create a YOY lead conversion report which will show a cumulative change in lead conversions as well as a monthly comparison. The screenshot included is a matrix report which I have created thus-far. The "CreatedDate Clone-Leads" is a custom lead field which is simply a clone of the standard CreatedDate lead field.
The idea is to compare conversion rates and if the conversion rate has increased/decreased during that month as compared to the prior year's conversion rate. For example, in the above screenshot it is clear that January 2017 had a conversion rate of 78% and January 2018 had a conversion rate of 84%. This would be a roughly 7% increase in the conversion rate for that month.
